Credits are the virtual currency used to generate content on Gendia. Each generation consumes a certain number of credits depending on the output type, quality, and AI model used. The credit cost is always shown before you confirm a generation. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Top-up credits (purchased separately) are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Promotional credits (referral bonuses, etc.) carry their own expiry date as specified at issuance. All unused credits are forfeited upon account cancellation or termination.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. You will be notified by email if pricing changes before your renewal date. To avoid being charged for another cycle, cancel before your renewal date in account settings or by emailing contact@gendia.ai.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades can take effect immediately — you will only be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current cycle. Alternatively, schedule an upgrade to start at your next billing date. Downgrades always take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep your current features until then. Note that downgrading may result in loss of access to premium models, styles, or stored content.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your account is suspended from generating new content immediately after the first failed payment. You will retain read-only access to previously generated content during the retry period. Gendia retries the charge up to 7 times over 14 days. If payment succeeds, full access is restored with no credit loss. After 7 failed attempts, the post-cancellation 90-day download window begins. Update your payment method in account settings or contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing contact@gendia.ai from the email address on your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refund is given for the unused portion of your cycle, and unused credits are forfeited at cancellation.
